Judge Bass-LeSure Recuses Herself From Ersland Trial, NAACP Cries "RACISM"
That didn't take long. Shortly after Judge Tammy Bass-LeSure recused herself from the murder trial against Jerome Ersland due to alleged ethics issues, the NAACP is calling District Attorney David Prater a racist.
This case has had more twists and turns than a gymnast hooker playing with a corkscrew.
