US DOJ Lawsuit Against Arizona's SB 1070 to be Filed Today
This should get pretty interesting. Maybe Eric Holder and his buddies actually researched the facts before coming up with their lawsuit.
History tells me that, right or wrong, the opinion of the court will be in favor of stronger federal government.
